EXPOSURE TO AIR POLLUTION 30 YEARS AGO ASSOCIATED WITH INCREASED RISK OF DEATH
Exposure to air pollution more than 30 years ago may still affect an individual’s mortality risk today, according to new research. The new report comes from one of the world’s longest running air pollution studies, which included 368,000 people in England and Wales followed over a 38 year period. The team, from the MRC-PHE Centre for Environment and Health, estimated air pollution levels in the areas where the individuals lived in 1971, 1981, 1991 and 2001, using measurements from Britain’s extensive historic air pollution monitoring networks.–Highest risks were seen for respiratory disease, such as bronchitis, emphysema and for pneumonia. Air pollution also affected mortality risk from cardiovascular diseases, such as heart disease.–Dr Anna Hansell, lead author of the study, from the MRC-PHE Centre for Environment and Health at Imperial, said: “Air pollution has well established impacts on health, especially on heart and lung disease.
The novel aspects of our study are the very long follow-up time and the very detailed assessment of air pollution exposure, using air quality measurements going back to the 1970s. –“Our study found more recent exposures were more important for mortality risk than historic exposures, but we need to do more work on how air pollution affects health over a person’s entire lifetime. “We were surprised to find pollution has effects on mortality that persist over three decades after exposure.” In the study, published in the journal Thorax, the researchers assessed levels of black smoke and sulphur dioxide air pollution from 1971 to 1991 and PM10 air pollution in 2001. Both black smoke and PM10 are measures of small particles in the air. Black smoke and sulphur dioxide were produced mainly by burning fossil fuels (including coal, oil, diesel, petrol).–Today, the methods of measuring air pollution have changed. A common measure is PM10, which measures very small particles that are less than 10 microns in size. These can travel deep into the lungs and may even be small enough to enter the bloodstream. This type of air pollution is mainly produced by transport and industry with a contribution from construction activities and natural sources (e.g. sea salt, soil).
In the study, risks from pollution exposures were reported in units of 10 micrograms per cubic metre of air. Researchers compared these levels of exposure with data on disease and deaths. The study suggests that for every additional unit of pollution that people were exposed to in 1971, the risk of mortality in 2002 to 2009 increases by two per cent.–The researchers also looked at more recent exposure and found a 24 per cent increase in mortality risk in 2002 to 2009 for each additional unit of pollution people were exposed to in 2001.–Dr Rebecca Ghosh, co-author of the study from the School of Public Health at Imperial, said “Putting this in context, an individual who lived in a higher polluted area in 1971 had a 14 per cent higher risk of dying in 2002 to 2009 than someone who had lived in a lower polluted area. An individual living in a higher polluted area in 2001 also had an increased risk of mortality of 14 per cent compared to someone in a low pollution area.–“However, although there are similar sizes of risk from exposure in 1971 and 2001, there are much lower exposure levels. For instance, comparing highest and lowest polluted areas in 1971, there was a 52 micrograms difference in black smoke per cubic metre of air, but in 2001 the comparable difference was 6 micrograms per cubic metre of air of PM10.–Dr John Gulliver, co-author and Senior Lecturer at the MRC-PHE Centre for Environment and Health at Imperial, said: “Levels of all types of air pollution in the UK have reduced dramatically since the start of our study period, with levels of black smoke currently estimated to be about 20 per cent of what they were in the 1970s.”–Dr Anna Hansell added: “It’s important to remember that the effects of air pollution are intense depending on particulate factors. Your risk of dying early is much more dependent on other aspects of your lifestyle, like whether you smoke, how much you exercise, whether you are overweight, as well as on medical factors like your blood pressure. This was true even with the higher air pollution levels in the 1970s.–“However, our study adds to the weight of evidence that suggests breathing in air pollution isn’t good for us in either the short or long-term. RED WINE SPIT TEST FOR POLYMERIC NANO FIBRES – MORGELLONS DISEASE/CROSS DOMAIN BACTERIA
This is a must do procedure to see what is now residing in our bodies. I have done this test, and was pretty taken aback to see what I spit out. You will see fibres much resembling chewing tobacco after you spit out the wine.
What is crucial to understand is that Morgellons is not a skin pathogen, it is a blood borne pathogen, a cross domain bacteria, which sucks the iron out of our red blood cells, thus deforming them.
Materials and Procedures
Plastic bathroom cups.
3% H2O2 (Hydrogen Peroxide)
Merlot Red Wine (use approx a $10 bottle)
Watch or clock
1) Brush teeth very well.
2) Rinse mouth with water thoroughly.
3) Mix 2tsp (10mL) of Merlot Red Wine with 1tsp (5mL) Hydrogen Peroxide in a plastic cup.
4) Use the red wine / peroxide solution as a mouth rinse; Rinse mouth *vigorously* with the wine/peroxide solution for exactly five minutes. Make sure to swish it in your cheeks+gums, etc for the full 5 mins.
5) Now spit all the rinse into a bathroom cup.
6) Carefully examine the rinse for fibers. They are invariably present, and should look somewhat like wet chewing tobacco. Prepare to be shocked and upset. These are components of nanotech pathogens which we have all been infected with, most likely via chemtrails.

What is Morgellons?

It is supposed to be a pristine water source. What do these numbers mean? … 8 – An item with a number beginning with 8 means that it has been genetically modified. Items which we should avoid at all cost. 9 – An item beginning with a 9 means organic, this is certainly what we want to eat. 3/4 – All items beginning with a 3 or 4 mean they are neither organic or GMO. They are conventionally grown. This means the growers could have applied poisons to the food, including pesticides, herbacides and synthetic fertilizers, The food itself is not genetically modified. If you buy a 3 or a 4, wash the food thoroughly before cooking and eating. Skins could be saturated in poisons, so best not to eat or cook with it. Also try and shop local as much as possible, as any food that crosses borders will be irradiated as per Codex Ailementarius, which then becomes carcinogenic. Powerful monoliths like Monsanto want to prevent us from eating healthy real food, saving our seeds and growing our own food. They use the government to enforce their patents and to prosecute farmers, and now they purchased Climate Corp which underwrites insurance to farmers. Seed is sacred, let’s save it.

July 11, 2015 By Suzanne Maher OUR FOOD IS IRRADIATED – CODEX AILIMENTARIUS I received an organic food item from the United States, I live in Canada. It specifically states “Do not irradiate, organic food”. … Our food is irradiated under the guidelines of Codex Ailimentarius. Codex Ailimentarius is run at the request of the United Nations by the World Health Organization (WTO) and the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). Codex defines nutrients as toxins in the same way heroin is a toxin. Clearly a threat to public health, irradiated foods are not safe for human consumption and contribute to a host of health problems such as cancer and birth defects. Irradiation also causes genetic damage to cells. One of the reasons for this is the fact that irradiated food is exposed to gamma rays of radioactive material or electron beams causing chemical changes in the food. Essentially, the food becomes mutated by this exposure, a condition which does not occur in nature, and is the cause for many forms of cancer and genetic modification. Codex pushes irradiation as if it were a great tool of disinfection with no adverse side effects at all. Prior to the easing of restrictions on food irradiation by Codex, the United States had been irradiating food at an alarming rate. The process began in 1963 when wheat flour became the first food allowed to be irradiated. In 1964, white potatoes were added to the list and the process continued until the present day. In 2011, almost the entirety of the food supply is eligible for irradiation. It should be noted that under current US law, organic food cannot be irradiated. However, that is not the case with Codex standards, as there is no categorization of what foods can and cannot be “treated” with radiation. It should also be mentioned that current US law states that all irradiated food must be labeled with the radura symbol and some amount of text stating its irradiation. However, that labeling only has to be made visible to the “first consumer” and that is generally individuals such as the distributor, not the average grocery store shopper. All countries are to HARMonize with the codex standards. If there are countries in a dispute resolution process, the Codex compliant country will automatically win. They are not a public health commision, nor are they a consumer protection commission. What they are is a Trade Commission. Trade = Profits. They do not serve the consumer.
