Climate Viewer’s Jim Lee Gives Us the Skinny on Hurricane Harvey

Jim Lee of https://climateviewer.com/ provides good info and context regarding the report that surfaced from the Trans Peco Weather Modification Association regarding cloud seeding activity in Texas. The death toll has climbed, 31 have been reported dead from this cataclysmic storm, with southeastern portions of Texas still submerged under water. $23 billion dollars of damage reported in just two counties. There was cloud seeding activity in close proximity to Hurricane Harvey using 6 flares.

Jim discusses a Texas Weather Modification Association Advisory Meeting (a good vid to leave your comments on link below) on Thursday, August 24th one day before Hurricane Harvey made landfall.  This videos has disturbing information wherein the USDA asks for an exemption on a license to use electrified particles to do cloud seeding. The USDA is actively testing and modifying weather over Texas.

One application the USDA are using is a pesticide sprayer to electrify water to do cloud seeding. This is the same system used to spray mosquitoes.

We are the mosquitoes huh?
