Rhode Island Geoengineering Act of 2017 Cites Dangers to Human Health and Safety

Thanks to Rhode Island Representative Justin Price for introducing this critically important legislation which is a one two punch in the face of the increased normalization of the weather modification programs and experiments.

The introduction of this legislation coalesces right at the same time geoengineers like Harvard scientist David Keith seek to normalize and legitimize this practice by announcing  the climate researchers intend to launch a high-altitude balloon that would spray a small quantity of reflective particles into the stratosphere sometime in 2018 in Tuscon, Arizona.

This is a very detailed bill which seeks to regulate all geoengineering activities as further set forth by the terms and provisions of the legislation.

The hope in the anti geoengineering community is that this piece of legislation can and will be used as a framework for states and provinces throughout North America and the world.  Moreover, the fact we now have legislation which clearly states how dangerous these activities are to human health and our planet may very well encourage others to wake up to this very real and very serious situation.

Thank you to Rep. Price, Jolie Diane and all others who were seminal in getting this bill created.
