The Term “Chemtrails” Initiated At the Department of Defense

When people scoff or malign the word “chemtrails”, we can point to the fact  : it originated with the military for the 1990 U.S Air Force Chemistry Manual, which was then used as ammunition against the truth. Clever, huh?
